Dear Speed Seduction® Student,
One of the things that makes your Seduction Language work well is your state. If you are in a relaxed, alert, grounded state, with a fun and playful attitude, you will open up the receptivity of women and they will be in a place of wanting to respond.
In classical hypnosis, a big part of the study of the art is not just what you say, but creating response potential.
Now there are many things that create response potential and receptivity to being seduced. But for the purposes of this lecture, I want to cover just one of them: YOUR STATE.
“State” Defined
I define state as a combination of:
- Your physiology. Meaning how you are breathing, the state of tension or relaxation in your musculature, your posture, your movement, your overall sense of alertness(example: being well rested and well fed as opposed to hungry and tired).
- The direction of your attention. Are you focused inward, on your internal dialog? Or are you focused outward, paying attention to the situation and the woman in front of you?
- Your beliefs about what is possible. If you believe that you are going to fail no matter what you do, or that all women are just bitches and nothing will work then you are going to block yourself. If you believe that it’s possible that you can get much better results and that women are open to being seduced, you will naturally be in a more able place.
- Your attitude. This is similar to your beliefs but a bit different. Attitude is basically the meaning frame you put around what you are doing. If your meaning is, “I’ve got to make this work” or “This had better work” it is going to tighten you up and screw up what you put out. A better attitude is to create a fun learning frame: “Let’s go have some fun and see what I can do in the world with this person”.
- Your vibe. For lack of a better definition, I’ll define vibe as the overall “atmosphere” of emotion-based feeling you feel in your body, that in turn creates an “atmosphere” of feeling that the woman you are with will feel.
Changing Physiology
When students come to me for private coaching or are in seminar, I look to see what is the one element that can best get real change and leverage for them.
While I can help with each of the 5 elements above, often times it is a simple change in physiology that helps most.
Here’s The Formula
Improve breathing—->improve physiology—->improve state——>increase and improve a woman’s desire to be seduced and receptivity to your seduction language.
So here is a little assignment for you to assist you in creating a better physiology, which will in turn lead to a better state, which in turn will lead to women being more receptive to your seductive language.
- Stand up.
- Put your hand on your chest.
- Inhale so that your chest pushes your hand outward.
- Exhale so your hand moves inward with your chest.
- Repeat 10 times.
Now we are going to switch breathing deeply into the belly
- Remain standing.
- Put your hand on your lower belly, between your belly button and your pubic area.
- Inhale while pushing your belly out so your hand moves outward. See if you can keep your belly soft while you do this. Don’t tighten the muscles. Breathe into a soft belly.
- Exhale by pulling your belly inward so your hand moves inward.
- Repeat 10 times.
By learning to breathe into your belly you will create a more calm, centered, focused state.

Sometimes I the feel just dragged to read and response to great articles.
I find it difficult and not natural to breath into the area between my belly button and pubic area. What about the area under the chest and above the belly button? I find it more natural.
Natural means it is what you are used to doing and what you are used to doing isn’t working.

can’t afford seminars at moment, but geographically…very interested in nyc and UK. Also, I rifled through, flipped through some of the strauss’s game (likely while listening to strauss classical haha ambiguity). I didnt’ realize how big of role you played in that book. regardless of the content, you frickin’ pop up like 7 chapters! haha.

Loved the breathing exercises, ross. Especially that the actual having hand on chest and on belly physiology creates visible and kinesthetic grounding (can see and feel hand moving to verify the inspiration and experiation). quality for grounding and calming in ANY situation.
That said, a huge blockage I have is before I even approach and even while talking to women I have this MASSIVE fear that they think I’m some revolting scum sleeze. That’s my biggest blockage.
Breathing (as with all meditation) works wonders for sure. Simplicity at it’s best! cheers!

just did the 10 and 10 exercise….feel much more centered. Have come across a lot of breathing exercises but the visible, kinesthetic hand to verify the breathing…awesome. (hey mindframe was only 11 months prior. bloody hell! Feels like 10 years ago! hit up 4 continents and a dozen countries int he meantime haha! Woah). Awesome method technique/tactic.
Yep, a lot of students have done well with it.
