    Great advice, I’ve been focusing most recently on this kind of lifestyle to be more fit and healthy, and the tips above are great. Ive noticed increased amounts of energy and my mood seems to be alot more pleasant allowing me to sarge better, more frequently and just generally move thru the day better. Tks…

    I have made similar changes and have gone between a cooked a raw vegan. I cut out dairy for the past month and a half and feel great. I was having some serious heart palpitations about two months back. Things are a lot better with the dietary changes and I have much more energy while out their.

    Hello Ross.

    Thanks for this very interesting blog post full of value. I have very little knowledge on these matters. In your TIP1 you say that you have cut “chips, pasta, potatoes, bread and rice”, the only thing you didnt mention is what did you replace them with? If I cut out all you mentioned I will probably starve to death. 🙂

    Great advice there Ross! I’ve recently started doing Spring Forest Qigong with Dr Chunyi Lin. My energy levels stay solid, plus it helps keep me calm and relaxed. Also cutting out red meat and replacing it with fish helped my digestion immensely.

    Great tips ! And i got one more. Golden root, Rhodiola Rhosea – Its really great. But it takes a few days for it to work. I usually sufferd from Social Anxiety but with this i feel calm, happy and energetic. It even has russian scientiests proven its effekts in different studies.

    I use a Swedish brand quality tested wich in this case are cruisual. The herb is very sensitive.

    I dont know if you can bye it in US but in Sweden the brand is “Arctic Root” – by the Swedish herbal institute.

    Brewers-yeast seems to help to keep blood sugar levels even. it contains many good vitamins and minerals.
    just take a few tablets during the day (not too much, since it contains vit B3; you don’t want a ‘niacin-rush’). its also very cheap.
