Dear Speed Seduction® Student,
A few months ago, I was a guest speaker at someone else’s event.
I started my talk by asking: “By a show hands, how many here find themselves dwelling over and over again on mistakes they make with women? Situations that just haven’t or don’t work out?”
Every single person – in a room of 150 – raised their hand. Every one. So I picked a guy out of the audience.
“Let me ask you this,” I said. “How many times would you guess you’ve run these failures in your head over the past 6 months? Just a rough guess.”
Now, do you think it was less than 100?
You would be wrong.
Do you think it was less than 1,000?
You would still be wrong.
No, this otherwise seemingly together guy, who looked on the surface like he’d be a master of this stuff, in the past six months, had run these failure scenarios in his mind…
…Over 5,000 Times! (That’s 166 Times PER DAY)
Now if this guy is repeating in his mind, over and over, visualizing what he did wrong, feeling all the bad feelings he felt at the time, seeing himself doing and responding the same things in the same way, is it any friggin’ wonder that his brain, given such repeated instructions…
…Repeated The Same Damn Reactions,
Feelings And Behaviors The Next Time
He Was In A Similar Situation?
Now, let’s change the thought pattern.
You’re about to approach a woman.
Or you’ve already approached her and the Sarging has commenced.
Or, you’re now running into some LMR.
Either way, when contemplating this woman you wish to seduce and how you will do so, ALWAYS:
- Get in the right frame of mind/state before you figure out the “how”.
- Rehearse success from HER perspective.
- Plan on and REHEARSE old states coming up and rehearse a re-set for the state you will find most useful during the seduction.
- Rehearse the OPTIMUM state to be in while you are in her presence.
- ALWAYS include elements of teasing, taking away, fractionating.
- Envision the symbol for non-attachment/non-disinterest.
And Let’s Remember….
The mission isn’t over until the gear is stowed away, and you are in the shower.
“One is none. Two is one.”….Navy Seal expression.
Peace,
RJ
P.S. One of the MANY skills you’ll master from my Nail Your Inner Game system:
How to develop incredible focus so you can choose and redirect your thoughts, in an instant, in the field, in even the most trying situations, choosing your power, over your past!
Ross,
What’s the answer for something like OCD?
You can meditate but the negative thought come back and sap your momentum once again-it’s a bad cycle.
Best,
Joe
@Joe
Not sure there is one answer for OCD. Have you seen TRE, though? Just give it a look.
OCD is simple to cure and only as easy as you make it. Check out ‘FasterEFT’ with Robert Smith. There’s about 1,400 videos, some very detailed.
