Dear Speed Seduction(R) Student,
I personally hate, and always have hated, New Year’s resolutions
In this video, I discuss what really works.
Please give me your feedback below.
RJ
P.S. Get going right now and make 2009 your year of Seduction Mastery. Find out about my most advanced and latest course, Speed Seduction 3.0.
Thank you for that.
I would like to hear more on this subject; especially the negative strategies that many people fall back on. Many people around me and I, don’t have a clear end goal. I suspect the goal is clouded by diminishing, delusion, or drama.

Wow, good gods that’s right on the spot. Since I started with SS through your emails and then buying your products, I’ve seen a true change, not only in results but above all in PERSPECTIVE.
Most of my friends have been battered by women, but instead of doing something about their frustration they do exactly what you said, lower their gap. They cling to women that treat them horrible, that they don’t even attracted to, just because they think that’s the way it HAS TO BE.
Also there is one little thing I think you mentioned in your letters that is FUNDAMENTAL. Perseverance has a lot to do with not listening to the AFCs out there… the truth is, everyone in the world has a fuggin opinion, and when they see someone excel at something, they tend to attack it. So guys out there, get past all the noise, all those people that want you to GO BACK TO SLEEP to your old frustrated self.
I’ve had awful responses from guys that come mostly from that frustration… and I’ve told them that the solution is just a click away in your website, but they simply refuse to believe that there is such a thing… because if it existed THEY wouldn’t be able to BLAME their loneliness on BAD LUCK.
On the other hand, I think its also good to make resolutions in order to clear up the goals a little, however always aim above the target, you would be surprised at the results.
Thanks for the message Ross, I wish you nothing but success! Thanks for waking me up man!
I would like you to do some trancework cd’s!
Ive noticed by practicing the transmutation process from you inner game videos resolve happens almost automatically however hearing you talking about it and breaking it down made it conscious for me so now I can see how I can increase it. Please elaborate more on whatever you talk about because it advances my mind and every video you have made I have learned. With your inner game videos I have cleared out years of pain, noise, and stuckness. I have tried TM, Cognitive therapy, and nothing worked like your techniques. Thank you for all your help.

New Year Message: Resolutions, Resolve, And Personal Mastery | Ross Jeffries Uncensored…
Ross Jeffries shares that having the personal quality of resolve allows you to ‘bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be”. The gap causes many to either: settle for less; lower their standards; or force themselves to change …
The Meaning of New Year’s Resolutions by Alex Epstein – http://www.capmag.com/article.asp?ID=4877
Ross, during my teens years I was able to extract very useful information from all the ambivalence, confusion, and frustration I’ve experienced with my sexuality. I have learned to recycle all that ‘negative energy’ into pure creativity. I think that most people fail at achieving resolutions or goals is because they don’t let that energy flow through them — they try to grab control over it when in fact it is all processes taking place — not tangible things that one could touch. That’s why a person will often glue labels onto themselves and invest into certain identities that do not serve them — so they can feel as though they have some sort of control over the unconscious environment — so they can perceive some sort of entity rather than, “just feel”. I like how recently I heard you say to just experience the raw emotion; I find that very cathartic and creative. In fact, it is enjoyable — like you were saying in this vlog posting on the resolve becoming enjoyable. It is enjoyable because when I experience that state of epiphany (after just letting it all flow all throughout me) — I do feel as if the unconscious environment has really slowed and that I can get a grasp on soo many things. It’s paradoxical because while most people strive for this equanimity by identifying with labels they fail to consummate to this state of serenity because they are trying to turn a process into a tangible entity through language rather than just feeling it in its pure essence — i.e. “being”.
Actually, they become overwhelmed and overloaded (by attempting to cognitively label so many phenomena happening concurrently) — they can’t handle it so they depress or repress even more…. they grow tired because it’s their psycho-physiological system’s way of ‘escaping’. Like try learning all of algebra and calculus in one night — you’ll likely pass out within an hour or two.
When something doesn’t work for me — I don’t try to define why. I personally just see what I can learn from it, move onto something else so my subconscious can work on the problem incessantly — uninterrupted by thought and critical faculty. Then once my subconscious has processed it — it notifies my conscious mind that’s we’re ready … and then I continue from where I left off at and build on from there and continually learn.
I accept the fact that as humans we can only cognitively apprehend soo much in any finite given time — so I just let go when I need to and ‘just feel’ whatever emotional energy wants to come through without labeling or self-identifying with. It’s great stuff! 🙂

Maximum Confusion… Great terminology… Also relates to Over Chunking…
Or realizing the big picture… is way too big… so you do nothing instead of breaking it down into….
Step by step itse.. bitsee pieces… When an Alcoholic stops drinking.. his goal is one day not too…
Or one hour… or one minute… Depends on the individual….
It’s like you go to a bar…. and your the only guy.. with 30 hot… women…
You try to get all 30 in bed the same night.. and go home alone…
Great inner question I use is….
” What do I need to do.. right now… but really deep down inside.. for what ever reason.. I’m not….
but when I do .. DO IT… it makes me grow into.. a much better person.. for fulfilling my own selfish reasons…”
Hey Ross,
Happy New Year. I love your analogy!!! I’m at the bridge, just need help in crossing it!! & the view looks amazing, hahaha. Will be signing up to SS 3.0 very soon. Just need to get the funds. Respect to you Sir & what you do.
Ross is the true inner game godfather!
His outer game material stuff is good and his inner game even better.
That is his most underestimated material what the others not have all..
Thanks for all this free info.
Thanks for the nice message Ross. I totally agrees with you that most guys diminishes their values. In addition, I have also seen people diminishing themselves by giving excuses as to why they should not have the thing they desire. for ex: When I want to approach a girl, I start looking for excuses as to why I should not approach that girl. I starts giving excuses like “hey that girl is with some other guy” or “that girl is married” or “What will she think of me, a nerd”. And finally I don’t approaches that girl.
As for the new year resolutions, I have never ever took one except for this year. The reasons for this is I wanted to started with my plan. In the past I’ve made plans but have never done anything about them. And the reasons for not doing them in the past is a combination of both the confusion and the fear. Confusion in the sense as to what to do, how to start, which course should I pick, etc, etc. Fear in the sense that I need to have the courage to apply what I have learned, fear to get past my limiting beliefs, etc.
However, I have seen people shouting a lot about the new year resolutions, so I decided to give myself a fresh start and have taken a resolution to go ahead with my plans at all costs.
Btw, the way you says “Listen to me” in the video, really makes me to listen to you 🙂
Your thoughts on the people being confused rather than fearful really struck a chord. I would personnally like to hear/read more about getting maximum benefit from confusion and specifically how someone would do that when the confusion arises or when someone is in the middle of experiencing confusion. Also any comments on how to clarify vague goals would also be very useful (getting to your true goal rather than something picked up from the confusion).
This is a very interesting perspective that has made me think a lot about my own strategies. I would like to hear more on how to create the personal characteristic of resolve within oneself and some ideas on application and other qualities/characteristics that are synergistic relative to resolve. I’m thinking that this is a good characteristic to add to a magickal self ritual along with the other qualities that one wants in order to help move forward towards specific goals and results
“So guys out there, get past all the noise, all those people that want you to GO BACK TO SLEEP to your old frustrated self.”
This is one thing that for me that has been the biggest challenge, but it’s so true. something I have learned is don’t associate at all with people who used to know you, they will trigger anchors to get you to go back, or even strangers will get perturbed and try to sabotage you.
You can’t change people, and the more I got into this, the more how I realised how insecure people really are..they hold onto there women like a life preserver, act irrationally or even get violent to control them or other people ..truly screwed up.
What is truly profiund about ss is that it shows you that there is much more to being human, that are wavelength to expereince has been slowly castrated from the time of childhood..when you reclaim it, all the “sheeple” get up in arms.
I sounds interesting idea, but then I don’t know exactly I can extract motivation and enthusiasm out from frustration?
Thanks for cutting through the crap RJ!!!!
you have shown that we do not need to be something we are not to be successful with women.

Wow. I’m humbled. I took over 7 years to come up with that NYIG(www.speedseduction.biz/nailyourinnergamepromo)
stuff. Shinzen Young provided the missing piece with his Vipassana practice.

Hi Ross, the part about resolve is great, and valid, but I think this video focuses too much on the negatives (settling/delusion, etc.) Just my two cents. Anyway I actually think that you and Robbins are mostly on the same page; he doesn’t lump every psych-obstacle under ‘fear’, although that’s a major one…there are all kinds of different psych-obstacles and way to get around/over/through them…
Some people just don’t have resolve, or enough of it (witness most addictive personality types). In that case, they can list their problems or defects in a chronological manner, put some blinders on and attack them one at a time until they get where they want to be. (This replaces the ‘pain’ motivator with concentration and reduces the ‘noise’ that distracts & frustrates)
Keep ’em COMING!
Best, K.K.

Ross, I have owned the Basic Home Study course for over four years now. You talking about resolve is funny. I haven’t made much progress with your material….I start up, then I lose steam. This has been going on for a while. I think I am either really lazy or afraid. I think I lack the quality of resolve. It seems that I cannot get my conscious and unconscious to work together. Anyway, I love your stuff, and I was wondering if you have any suggestions?
Sincerely,
Manuel
There’s a lot of connections between the implied compliment you talk about and how screenwriters are taught to write dialogue. Writers should not create on the nose dialogue because it’s boring and does not involve the audience. There’s no subtext.
You engage the audience (girl) by allowing her to fill in what’s left unsaid. 2 + 3 = 5 is boring. While 2 + x = 5 (and your implied compliment) creates curiosity and engages the girl. I looked at a number of implied dialogue techniques and realized these could be used to create compliments that are much richer than the stock phrase “You are pretty.”
Hi Ross! I would just like to wish you a very happy new year and say thank you for all your great stuff that has helped me immensely. I am currently saving up to invest in your Inner Game programe, i’m sure it will help me get over my “confusion” when it comes to approaching women.
Kind regards
Billy
Hey Ross, I’m a big fan but I have a question. What exactly is the quality of resolve? You talk about it, but I don’t notice you defining it, so I get the nagging feeling that I don’t know what the hell you’re saying.
For you people asking what the definition of resolve is. watch the video; he clearly says resolve is getting the maximum amount of information from your confusion
Ross
As a teacher of lifeskills and sel;f improvment myself (I do this in the context of a martial arts academy) I think you are adressing a key issue here. You are defining resolve as somethign other than an emotional ‘whip up’ state and more as an awareness of how to handle changes in life – with joy and curiosity.
Sean
Hi Ross
Thanks for this. It’s a great message and very pertinent to me at the moment. I would like to hear more about dealing with and extracting value and motivation from confusion and frustration.
Also, learning and progressing are not linear processes. As a musician and a former music teacher I know that you can practice diligently for weeks, doing all the right things and seemingly make no progress, then suddenly you have a breakthrough and something just becomes easy for you. Equally, people trying to lose weight hit plateaus and although they eat carefully and do their exercises they just cannot break through a level for a time and may even gain a little, which is very demotivating. Often, you can exhaust the extent of your knowledge and resources available in looking for an answer to break through a barrier but what you really need are just perseverance and patience. Enough pressure and time and any obstacle will yield. It would be great if you could talk about motivating yourself through the times when you cannot see measurable progress towards your goals even if you are working as diligently and thoughtfully towards them as you can. You see, in my life I have discovered that the key element of quality of life is having something to look forward to, if that something just seems to be eluding you it can really cause frustration and confusion.
Best wishes and happy New Year
Paul
I just love the notion of not pushing through pain. When you can learn to accept the body feelings and just observe them fully (through practise) you never have to push through pain again or fight it, just realize they are not more than waves of feeling that you can forget the meaning of easily to the point where you can enjoy paying attention to them! And that Ross highlights this is just so awesome among all the other aspects, I think Ross and Schinzen are truely amazing teachers!! It is all so logical and gives such tremendous ability and space to evolve, a effective easy Way to evolve.. just excellent work!
