I wonder if the desired for perfection comes from a desire to control based upon a fear of uncertainty. I wonder if Ross has a technique to be comfortable (even enjoy) in uncertainty. Probably. If that’s the root of this cognitive dissonance, it seems that would be the root you’d want to cut out.

I went from schizophrenic manic depressed at effect person, to being able to clean all that up, handle all my current confusion, frustration, and any thing less than usefull and fundamentaly change my life, without going into that life affirming over dramatic bullshit. This is a fundamental radical useful shift in the internal world and experiencing the external world in a way that is so fun and enthusiastic and with massive amounts of leverage and intellegence and a real confidence.
