Understand that there are a lot of acupuncture points on the balls of your feet. They help you ground. If you can ground your energy into the ground, then you begin to calm down when you get anxious around women.
It’s a very simple process:
- Stand up.
- Bend your knees very slightly, maybe half an inch – not like you’re going to bend down and pick something up.
- While you’re bending your knees, exhale.
- When you straighten up, inhale.
- Repeat Steps 1,2,3, and 4 (at least twice, for a total of 3 times).
As you do that three times, notice the sexual overcharge begin to go away as you feel more grounded.
Remember to feel your feet in your shoes.
Put 20% of your consciousness of the physical feeling in your shoes.
