Talk about a confusing emotion – anger! So many things that can drive it.
How much more powerfully could you handle life and events if you could reduce – or stop – your anger in 3 minutes or less?

P.S. Being angry can get you so wound up. But reducing, or stopping, that anger means in less than 3 minutes you’re back on a CLEAR path to getting laid, getting paid, or whatever else you’re up to.
If an emotion had a shape (of energy) the kino vibration also could be described (for visual people) with a colour;
and if it was possible to drive the energy with a synaesthetic control (a visualization of the coloured shape) it would be possible to redirect energy toward happiness (a different shape of energy) in less than 3 seconds, bullshits?

Iv’e struggled with toxic emotions and am concerned about getting so overwhelmed that I lose touch with reality. Any NLP methods I can use to prevent insanity from emotional negativity?

I really love what the video talks about. I think it seals the deal of how we should respond to this very pessimistic behavior. Being angry is really contagious and definitely ruins everything around you – including relationships. In addition, it doesn’t add to your youth if you are always cranky/grumpy. Good thing to be always reminded of wearing the big smile. Thanks for sharing this Ross! I would definitely love to share this to my colleagues. =)
