Ok – here’s how it works.
First and foremost: if you are stuck for what to say, say what’s true.
As in,
OMG….I’m totally blanking right now. I’m so embarrassed. Have you ever had one of those moments…..when you are so intrigued……so taken in…..by another person…..that you just can’t think of something to say? Wait…I just said something!
Then change the topic.
Make it trivial if need be, such as:
- What brings you by?
- So who do you know anyone here at the party?
- How did you get invited?
Whatever fits the physical situation surrounding you at the moment.
From there, you could get curious.
Such as,
You know, I was talking to a friend the other day about how you learn so much about people when they want to cut loose and just indulge themselves. When you really want to let your hair down, what do you like to do?
You see?
You can have “normal” conversations where you get the other person talking about an interesting topic and then slowly sexualize it, using what you know.
Sometimes, the best way to get started is just to get started.
