Dear Speed Seduction(R) Students,
God, I love my job.
The other night, I conducted one of my two monthly “Ask Me Anything” Coaching Calls. And, as you’ll hear from this Mp3 file, I was on fire.
I especially like the advice I gave one of the callers about training his mind to notice what was working, and focus on repeating and mastering that, rather than getting caught up in frustration or overfocusing on mistakes.
Remember, we want to notice what works AND where we need improvement. We need to do both so we can develop intelligent motivation and informed enthusiasm.
Dwelling on mistakes amounts to rehearsing them. Ignoring what works, amounts to losing learning.
Both bad choices, and so many guys are doing both of these.
Instead, we discipline ourselves to notice first and foremost what is working so we can polish it, practice it, master it, make it ours. Then we notice where we need improvement-from a place of relaxed, calm, learning-ready consciousness. This way we subtract all the frustration OUT and instead get excited about going right back out there in the field and doing what we need to do(and enjoy doing) to succeed.
Enjoy the audio and please let me know if you’d like more freebies from the Coaching Program. As soon as I get the transcript from this call, I’ll post the PDF file.
Peace and piece,
RJ
P.S. I learned a big lesson recently from a marketing program I subscribe to: offer the content your customers want, in the FORMAT they want to consume it(video, audio, PDF, etc) and in the CHANNELS they like consuming it(Hard copy products, on-line, off line etc).
So what would you think if I were to make a DVD/CD collection of the best videos, audios and PDF’s from the past 9 months of my Coaching Program, and made it available as a “Best of Coaching, 2009, Volume 1”? Any takers? Comments?
No doubt Ross, a product like that would be a real winner! Cover the real issues that the majority of guys experience and it would be like having you right there with us, every step of the way. Plus, it would be a nice product to introduce others to your coaching program = more clients in the future.
Thank you for sharing this. It was great. Can't wait to relisten to this.
Thanks for the coaching call, Ross.
I agree with Tom and think a 'best of' product would certainly be a great introduction to the coaching program, especially for those with slow internet speeds or low download limits who like me, would prefer a tangible product.
I would definitely buy it.
Keep up the great work.
Your response to my question was short and sweet. I'm taking action!!!
