    Speaking of freeze response, just started watching “Men at Work” this morning and noticed an awesome example of energy play in this scene. Are you the cop or the garbage man? Horrible metaphor, but the moment at 1:23 is priceless:

    Paul, I see a contradiction. On the one hand you teach, “I don’t go places to sarge. I sarge when I go places.” But now you’re talking about going out deliberately to sarge. This is new for me. Till now I used to only sarge when I went places. So if women ask me what you’re doing here, a possible response could be “I’m just hanging out, having fun. You?” So on the one hand I don’t tell them specifically that I’m here to sarge and on the other hand its the truth, as in – “I’m hanging out so I can sarge and have fun.” (I’m not making any excuses for my desires as a man by making up some BS reason for being there like, “I’m here for x, y,z…”, and if it happens to be true that I’m here for x,y,z…then all the better)

      @Harsh

      One of my favorite writers, who has most influenced my thinking, is a chap by the name of Robert Anton Wilson.

      In a few of his books he brings up a concept called “sombunall” which is RAW speak for, “Some, but not all.”

      Sombunall of the time I sarge when I go place. Sombunall of the time I go places to sarge.

      Getting rid of the need for rigid categories is part of freeing your mind and unfreezing your world.

      Ok?

    “Being allowing, precise and focused on any flow of feeling in my body, even including deliberately putting myself in situations that used to trigger me, limbically, into states of…”
    That will kick-start a train of thought that I’m expecting (here starts the fun…) in fact this mechanism was created in animals that couldn’t expect, think, use language and manage emotions…

    Speaking of garbage men, there was a Seinfeld episode where Elaine gets really stupid from the build-up of not having sex for a long time and they say for women its like putting out the trash. Some guy will always come along and pick it up.
