Dear Speed Seduction® Student,
There are few things as pleasant in this life as waking up next to a smoking hot 19 year old beauty who is as nuts about you as you are about her.
My lovely Swedish girlfriend has returned to me, after being gone for 2 months, and I can tell you it feels wonderful to be with her again.
And, as I write this, just 2 hours after she’s left for the day…
…I Am Exhausted!
Look: I’ve never been that good at having someone sleep in my bed. Having fun and dirty adult indulgence, sure.
But actually sleeping?
No, I prefer to sleep alone. And in the case of “Pernilla”, my young Swedish goddess/girl, it usually takes me a couple of days to acclimate to having her in the sack with me as me actually go to dream-land.
So right now, I’ve spent my second night only getting about 4 hours and my body hurts. I can feel cramping in my legs, my neck muscles are twitching and there is an overall tired sensation throughout my entire body.
Here is the interesting thing: sleep deprivation of any kind used to make me totally psycho.
(Hey, if you are a Ross hater, spare me the hate mail telling me I AM psycho).
It used to be that if I didn’t get at least 7 hours a night, my state would deteriorate rapidly, I’d get moody, emotional, and pretty non-functional.
Whereas today, while I don’t like it or prefer it, I can handle it. I can move with it and through it and because I can be fully aware of all of the tired sensations, without fighting them, it simply is something I can handle instead of freaking out about.
What is the point of all this with regards to your continuing quest for moist-pink success with the lovely ladies you desire?
Just this: in your journey towards success with women, you will have many moments where you have to deal with some difficult emotions.
You’ll experience frustration.
You’ll experience anger.
And I can tell you, for certain, you’ll experience some serious confusion.
But you know what? If you refuse to tell yourself disempowering stories about it-if you refrain from taking the meaning that you are a “loser” or that it isn’t worth it or that women are all “bitches” are whatever, then you have a chance at learning to have much better responses to it all.
What does that mean?
It means that what used to stop you or burden you simply becomes fuel for progress, success and learning. And that even the most difficult emotions and frustrating experiences become fantastic tools for self-education, self-knowing, and learning about who you really are and whom you really can become.
You see, because Speed Seduction® isn’t just about a bunch of routines or behaviors that you go out and do, it requires more from you than all the other programs out there. It requires that you learn deeply about who you are, and transform the person you are as you challenge yourself to grow beyond your own fixed patterns and the horrible brainwashing around sex and women that the world has been feeding you.
So it may require a lot more work on yourself than “Double Your Masturbating” or “Misery Method”.
But throwing off your chains and becoming the best you can be is worth it. As are of course, the women.
Off to take my nap now.
Piece, Peace and Hej Dar(it’s Swedish for “see you later”),
RJ
Thank you, Ross.
I had been meditating for over 10 years before NYIG and Shinzen Young. Before this, I had a bad impression of Buddhist meditation… everything I read seemed like vague, feel-good nonsense.
But Shinzen is very specific. In NYIG, your exercises are very specific, and incredibly powerful. Although I’ve been a big fan of your work in seduction for a while, I feel that your new approach is revolutionary for all aspects of life… for those that are willing to do the work!
keep smiling,
ben
Thanks. I have never met a teacher, prior to Shinzen, who could take all of these concepts that seemed so airy-fairy to me in the past, and bring them down to earth with observable, measurable procedures, systematically constructed and laid out.
And I had a bad impression of Buddhist meditation as well, because I confused it with mantra-japa-(eg. Hari Krishna, Nyom Yoho Rengekokopufss, TM).
Those are all examples of repetitions of words or sounds which CAN have an effect in constructing certain states of consciousness.
I could do a week on meditation and how the various styles work well with magick/hypnosis, etc. One day I will.
Here’s to altered states that are useful, empower us, and serve life all around…
